I’ve met Mikey before…he’s a super mellow and talented photographer and director (you can read more about his work from a Print Magazine article right here
Check out his blog (link above) and also check out his website for a list of links to interviews, portfolio work, etc.
Sometimes the down side of interviewing someone you’re friends with is that you forget to mention items that you’re both already familiar with.
Sorry we left you out of the mix, Mikey.
I’ve also had Steven update the end of the interview with Dill’s postscript.

I’m going to defend Mr. Dill(a) because of his deep roots and influence in skateboarding. After watching his episode on Epicly Later’d I took a greater interest in the guy.
To me, skateboarding’s more than just another sport, and I’m willing to fight for that idea. Maybe that there are more people than myself who (still) feel that way about skateboarding makes all the difference. I’d say not a lot of people have that passion for football or baseball, that idea that their sport intertwines with music, friends, art, culture and all types of new experiences. To that effect sport != business != money, sport == skateboarding == good life.
Peace
